1 scoop Optimum Nutrition
100% Whey Protein
4oz. Water & Ice
1 serving
= 24g protein, 3g carbs, 1g fat,

Chocolate Protein Pudding
1 box sugar free, fat free jello instant pudding
2 scoops Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein
(chocolate)
1 cup Skim Milk
(substitute water for less calories)
Mix all
ingredients together in a medium
size bowl.
Place in fridge for 15 minutes.
